I do enjoy cooking when there is time. The Junior League of Charleston's classic Charleston Receipts and Phaidon's the Silver Spoon cookbook are my standbys for foolproof weeknight recipes.

Craque Biscuits

I try to have hors d'oeuvres such as rosemary nut mix and my signature "Craque" biscuits on hand to feed drop in guests.
